"I just wanted to let you know that in reviewing a lease for one of my clients -- who is a tenant -- regarding another issue, I caught an important Option. I told my client about this, and he said that was impossible because two different law firms, both with real estate experience, had reviewed this lease and had not mentioned any such provision. Since the lease had several amendments, I thought perhaps I had missed a deletion of that provision.
