We have devised sophisticated protocols for streamlining the process and offer our clients turn-around times that are unrivalled in the industry. Here is how we manage your project:

Receive

LeaseProbe can accept leases and all other ancillary documents in whatever way works best for our client.

Documents can be uploaded to our website with a secure user ID and password.
Documents can be saved on a compact disc (CD) and mailed to us.
Documents can be uploaded to LeaseProbe’s FTP server.
A hard copy of documents can be mailed to us.

Are lease documents in disarray? Not to worry. If records need to be sorted, LeaseProbe can assist in organizing documents in preparation for lease abstracting.

Organize

Leases are organized and reviewed by our abstracting specialists.

Analyze

Every word of every lease file, including all supporting and ancillary materials, is read and considered as part of the abstracting process according to your custom requirements.

Abstract

Key provisions are summarized and communicated in clear and concise language.

Proofread

Upon completion, the abstract is critically reviewed by LeaseProbe's quality control specialists.

Deliver

Abstracts are delivered in whatever format is requested. LeaseProbe regularly abstracts into Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. We also abstract into all industry-leading landlord and tenant software programs. Finally, many clients request that we abstract directly into their own proprietary software. The delivery venue selected by a client makes no difference to us. Our goal is to provide each client with their critical lease information — in whatever format is required — within their timeline requirements.
